個人情報保護方針

当方は、スマートフォンアプリ「どこいるの」(英語名 Linkmap、以下「本アプリ」といいます)を 運営しています。本アプリをご利用のお客様からお預かりする個人情報の収集、 利用、開示に関する当方の方針をお知らせします。
本アプリを使用することにより、お客様は、本ポリシーに従った情報の収集および 使用に同意されたものとします。
収集する情報

他のユーザーとの位置情報の共有
本アプリの中核となる機能は、お客様が明示的に承認した他のユーザーに対して 位置情報を共有することです。
- 共有は、お客様が共有リクエストを承認した相手に対してのみ行われます
- 承認した相手は、保持期間内のお客様の位置情報の履歴を見ることができます
- 承認した相手は、お客様の端末に対して現在位置の取得を要求することができます。 この要求を受けると、お客様の端末は測位を行い、結果を相手に返します
- 承認していない相手に位置情報が渡ることはありません
共有はいつでも解除できます。
アプリのメニューから「共有の解除」を選ぶと、共有中のユーザーの一覧を確認でき、 相手ごとに共有を解除できます。解除すると、その相手からお客様の位置情報は 見えなくなります。
第三者への提供
本アプリは、以下のサービスに情報を提供しています。 これら以外の第三者に、お客様の個人情報を販売または提供することはありません。

お客様の正確な位置情報を広告事業者に提供することはありません。
広告の配信に使われるのは、IP アドレスから推定されるおおよその位置(都市など 大まかな範囲)であり、本アプリが記録する正確な位置情報とは別のものです。
データの保持期間

同意の撤回
お客様は、いつでも以下の方法で情報の収集・共有を止めることができます。
- 位置情報の共有を止める — アプリのメニューから「共有の解除」を選び、相手ごとに共有を解除します
- 位置情報の収集を止める — アプリの「このスマホで測位」をオフにします。 オフにすると本アプリは位置情報を取得しなくなり、共有相手から 現在位置の取得を要求されても応答しません。 端末の設定から本アプリの位置情報の権限をオフにすることもできます
- 広告のパーソナライズを止める — 端末の設定(Google > 広告)から、広告 ID をリセットまたは削除します
- すべての情報の収集を止める — アカウントを削除します(下記)
アカウントとデータの削除
アカウントと、サーバーに保存されている全てのデータの削除を請求できます。 アプリをすでにアンインストールされている場合も請求できます。
手順はアカウントとデータの削除のページを ご確認ください。
セキュリティ
上記の個人情報と位置情報は、暗号化技術(HTTPS)を用いて送信され、 暗号化された状態でサーバーに保存されます。
本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更した場合は、本ページの最終更新日を改めてお知らせします。
Privacy Policy (English)

We operate the smartphone application Linkmap (Japanese name: どこいるの, the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information we collect
- Location data — location, time, accuracy, speed, battery level and charging status. Used to show your location to users you have approved
- Account information — your email address. Used to identify you
- Device information — device identifier, maker, model, the name you gave the device, OS and app version. Used to identify devices and deliver notifications
- Sharing relationships — users you share with, and pending share requests. Used to provide the location sharing feature
- Subscription information — in-app purchase and subscription records
Sharing your location with other users
The core function of this App is to share your location with other users whom you have explicitly approved.
- Your location is shared only with users whose share request you have approved
- Approved users can see your location history within the retention period
- Approved users can send a request to your device to obtain your current location. When such a request is received, your device performs a positioning and returns the result to them
- Your location is never disclosed to users you have not approved
You can stop sharing at any time.
Select "Remove share" from the app's menu to review the list of users you are sharing with and stop sharing with each of them. Once stopped, that user can no longer see your location.
Third parties
The App provides information to the following services. We do not sell or provide your personal information to any other third party.
- Google AdMob (serving ads) — advertising ID, approximate location estimated from your IP address, app interactions (launches, taps) and diagnostics
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (delivering notifications) — a token identifying your device
We never provide your precise location to advertisers.
Ads use only an approximate location estimated from your IP address (a broad area such as a city), which is distinct from the precise location data the App records.
Data retention
- Location data — deleted after 4 days
- Device information — deleted 14 days after you last use the App
- Account information, sharing relationships and subscription information — retained until you delete your account
Withdrawing your consent
- Stop sharing your location — select "Remove share" from the app's menu and stop sharing with each user
- Stop location collection — turn off "Positioning with this phone" in the App. While it is off, the App does not obtain your location and does not respond to location requests from users you share with. You can also turn off the App's location permission in your device settings
- Stop ad personalization — reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Google > Ads)
- Stop all collection — delete your account (see below)
Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all data stored on our servers, even if you have already uninstalled the App. See Account and data deletion for instructions.
Security
The above "Personal Information" and "Location Data" will be transmitted using cryptographic technology (via HTTPS) and stored on the server in an encrypted form.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
